1. All entry forms must be accompanied with a passport size photo of each individual band members, song lyrics and registration fee* [Applicable from 1 Nov 2008 – 09 Nov 2008]

2. Registration is FREE from 26 September 2008 - 09 November 2008.

3. Entry forms must reach the following address latest by Sunday, 09 Nov 2008. Late entries will not be entertained.
